·  IF DUE TO SOME UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES THE EVENT IS POSTPONED, THEN NEW DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED. HOWEVER IN CASE THE NEW DATE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SOME DOCTORS, THEN THEIR FEE CAN BE REFUNDED
